If you submit the inquiry form we store your name, email, phone, city, organization, category, message, accreditation checkbox, consent, time, and technical metadata (page URL, browser). That file lives on the host we control (JSON/CSV under /data), viewable in the office admin. If PHP is unavailable, the browser may keep a local copy until you reach a host that can save it.
Server logs and, when configured, Google Analytics and Search Console may collect usage data. We do not run an AI chatbot. We do not sell personal information.
To evaluate whether we will contact you as an investor, balance-sheet partner, finder, vendor, professional, or candidate; to keep a private directory of those relationships; and to operate and secure the site.
We may share information with counsel, accountants, lenders, and service providers who need it to close or administer a relationship — under confidentiality where appropriate. We may disclose if required by law.
Inquiry records are kept as long as the office has a legitimate interest in the relationship or as law requires, then deleted or archived with the rest of the books.
Depending on where you live (for example certain U.S. state privacy statutes), you may request access or deletion. Write through the contact form with the subject “Privacy request.” We will need to verify you.
