Services

Identifying Opportunities. Structuring Investments. Building Value.

01

Real Estate Investment

We identify and evaluate real estate opportunities across residential, multifamily, commercial, and other property categories. Our experience includes acquiring, repositioning, managing, improving, and ultimately holding or exiting properties according to the specific strategy of each investment.

02

Distressed & Undervalued Assets

Some of the most interesting opportunities can emerge from distressed or undervalued situations. We use our network of lenders, brokers, bankers, investors, and deal finders to identify properties and businesses that may have significant potential when properly structured and managed.

03

Investment Syndication

Ott Asset is developing selective syndication opportunities for accredited investors interested in participating in real-estate-backed investments. Each opportunity may be structured through a dedicated LLC or LLP, with the investment structure and economics clearly defined for participating investors.

04

Business Acquisitions & Incubation

Over the years, Ott Asset has participated in and helped develop multiple businesses. We continue to evaluate businesses and ventures where our capital, relationships, management experience, and strategic resources can create additional value.

05

Strategic Partnerships

We work with real estate investors, business owners, lenders, deal finders, and other professionals to develop creative structures for acquiring and growing assets.

06

Deal Finder Partnerships

We welcome relationships with professionals and individuals who identify potential opportunities. If you know of a distressed property, business, acquisition opportunity, or other investment situation, we would like to hear from you.

07

Balance Sheet Partnerships

Ott Asset is also exploring relationships with qualified high-net-worth individuals and businesses who may be interested in serving as balance-sheet partners for qualifying commercial transactions. These arrangements are transaction-specific and subject to legal, financial, and underwriting requirements.
