Terms & Conditions

Last updated 29 August 2026. A final Terms & Conditions document should be prepared and reviewed by qualified legal counsel, particularly because the website discusses accredited investors, investment opportunities, syndications, securities, and potential future investment structures. This page is the working terms while the site is in active development.

1. Who we are

This website is published by Ott Asset Investments LLC. It describes a private family office and related investment and partnership discussions. It is under construction in parts, as marked.

2. Not an offer

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, loan participation, or other investment. Offers, if any, are made only by confidential documents and only to persons who qualify under applicable law. Past results are not indicative of future results. You must consult your own lawyers, CPAs, and other advisors.

3. Forward-looking statements

Statements about a future REIT, portals, DocuSign, distribution percentages, or expected returns are intentions or hopes, not promises. They may never occur.

4. No advice

Content is general information, not legal, tax, or investment advice. Non-recourse, fraud carve-outs, accreditation, and finder licensing are fact-specific.

5. Confidentiality of the office

Case studies are anonymized. You will not reverse-engineer counterparties from this site and then contact them.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the form, scrape the site, or attempt to access /data or /admin without authorization.

7. Intellectual property

The OTT Asset name, logo, and site copy are owned by the office or used under license. Representative photographs are used for atmosphere and may be licensed stock; they are not photographs of a specific offered asset unless we say so.

8. Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ott Asset is not liable for damages arising from use of this website. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer statute says otherwise. Courts in Harris County, Texas, are the exclusive venue for disputes about this website, except where the law requires another forum.
